1. Introduction
At Xuperson, our mission is to build a platform where people can connect, share, and learn safely. These Community Guidelines apply to all users of our Platform and are part of our Terms of Service. They help ensure that our community stays safe, respectful, and enjoyable for everyone.
By using our Platform, you agree to adhere to these guidelines.
2. Our Core Values

- Inclusivity: Welcome diverse perspectives and backgrounds.
3. Prohibited Behavior
We have a zero-tolerance policy for the following behaviors. Engaging in these actions may result in content removal, account suspension, or a permanent ban.
3.1 Harassment and Bullying
We do not tolerate harassment, bullying, or intimidation. This includes:
- Sending threatening or abusive messages.
- Targeting individuals for degradation or shame.
- Encouraging others to bully or harass someone (“dog-piling”).
- Doxxing (sharing someone’s personal information without consent).
3.2 Hate Speech
We prohibit content that promotes violence, incites hatred, or dehumanizes individuals or groups based on:
- Race or ethnicity
- Religion
- Disability
- Gender or gender identity
- Sexual orientation
- National origin
- Age
- Veteran status
3.3 Violence and Illegal Content
- Violence: You may not threaten violence against an individual or a group of people. We also prohibit the glorification of violence.
- Illegal Acts: You may not use our service for any unlawful purposes or in furtherance of illegal activities.
- Terrorism: We prohibit content that promotes terrorism or violent extremism.
3.4 Adult Content and Nudity
We prohibit pornographic content and sexually explicit imagery. We strictly prohibit any content that depicts the sexual exploitation of minors. We will report such content to law enforcement (e.g., NCMEC).
3.5 Spam and Misinformation
- Spam: Do not post repetitive messages, excessive promotional content, or use automated bots.
- Misinformation: Do not share content that is demonstrably false and harmful, especially regarding health, civic processes, or public safety.
4. Content Moderation
We use a combination of automated technology and human moderators to review content on our Platform.
- Flagging: Users can report content they believe violates these guidelines.
- Review: Our safety team reviews reported content to determine if it violates our policies.
- Action: If a violation is found, we may remove the content, issue a warning, limit account features, or suspend the account.
5. Reporting Violations
If you see something that violates these guidelines, please report it.
5.1 How to Report
- In-App: Use the “Report” button found on posts, profiles, or comments.
- Email: Contact our safety team directly at policy@xuperson.com. Please provide specific details, including screenshots and links if possible.
6. Enforcement and Appeals
6.1 Enforcement Levels
- Warning: For minor first-time offenses, we may issue a warning.
- Temporary Suspension: For repeated or moderate offenses, we may suspend your account for 24 hours to 7 days.
- Permanent Ban: For severe violations (e.g., child safety, terrorism, severe harassment) or persistent violations, we will permanently ban your account.
6.2 Appeals Process
If you believe your account was suspended or banned in error, you have the right to appeal.
- Reply to the violation notice email or contact policy@xuperson.com.
- Provide a detailed explanation of why you believe the decision was incorrect.
- Our team will review your appeal and notify you of the final decision.
7. Changes to Guidelines
We may update these guidelines from time to time to reflect changes in our community or service. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new guidelines.
